Sticky Brains
Aria feels like she's having a terrible day... until she learns how to change her thoughts.
Dr. Nicole Libin is a certified mindfulness educator, adjunct professor and author of Sticky Brains (a mindfulness and neuroplasticity storybook for kids), Mindful Parenting in A Chaotic World, and 5-Minute Mindfulness Meditations for Teens. She seeks to help others remember that it's okay not to be okay and works to offer specific, doable tools to cultivate compassion, focus, peace, and well-being...one breath at a time. ***
Nicole lives in Calgary with her husband Cam and her daughter Aria, both of whom love salted caramel ice cream, Harry Potter, and unicorns.
