Cone Head

Poems for kids Cone Head by Arden Davidson
Sometimes the biggest icecream ever can be a real pain in the stomach!
Cone Head

Triple decker double fudge.
Quadruple caramel topping.
When I go to the ice cream shop,
I keep the scoopers hopping.

Every flavor that exists,
and every topping too,
I make them pile on my cone
and then when they are through,

I take my ice cream cone outside
and gobble it real fast.
I have just one more thing to say…

I hope this sharp pain doesn’t last.
